15:3 辱罵你人的辱罵都落在我身上.
The insults of those who insult you have fallen on me.
15:13 但願使人有盼望的神, 因信將諸般的喜樂平安充滿你們的心, 使你們藉著聖靈的能力大有盼望.
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by power of the Holy Spirit.
早上沒吐, 黃金先生有來～
下午要去驗血還有4:00pm 要去物理治療那作運動～希望不要太累！
一點多抽完血就去圖書館上電腦之後去農場好冷, 直接去GP一樓看雜誌到3:45pm 才上3F
運動30mins, 作的時候很酸但做完很舒服
